The location of the hotel was great for us. It was situated near a peaceful lake, which we found very relaxing to be around. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests we had. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious food.
The pizza we ordered was overcooked and not enjoyable. we noticed that some items were missing from our room and had to call for replacements multiple times.

The hotel offered hot water in the rooms which was a plus during the cold winter nights. the location was near Qingshan Lake providing a beautiful view for a morning walk. the constant temperature swimming pool was a great feature which I enjoyed.
The staff missed providing basic amenities in my room twice. the food at the restaurant was a letdown;

This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, which was perfect for my relaxing weekend getaway. the Spa & wellness centre and Indoor swimming pool were luxurious and well-equipped, providing an exclusive and indulgent experience. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers were an added bonus, allowing me to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The only negative experience I had was with the room service. I ordered a meal that was not up to par, however, the personal was quick to rectify the situation and did not invoice me for the unsatisfactory meal.

We loved the cleanliness and excellent facilities, including parking and transportation options. The location near Qingshan Lake was perfect for enjoying outdoor activities. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is situated in a nice residential area, close to Qingshan Lake. the restaurant offers a variety of options, including a delicious mushroom soup. the breakfast menu had a wide selection of dishes, and the staff served a tasty pizza in the morning. the rooms are well-equipped, with amenities such as toothbrushes and shower gel provided.
There were some issues with the pizza in the evening, as the crust was thick and undercooked.
